I've used my printer for several months and just changed the ink for the first time - nearly all colors were out, and i replaced with genuine canon inks. now my prints (on red river matte paper and normal printer paper) are printing in almost black and white with just a hint of color. I'm trying to send prints for customers and Canon CS is closed for the weekend and i don't know what to do 😞 i did a nozzle check and it seemed like all colors were there, if slightly fainter than i might have liked. any advice??
