I'm using a MacBook Pro and trying to print Pages file to Avery labels (1" x 2-5/8" Rectangle Tables UltraDuty White Film for Inkjet) onto my Canon Pro-300 printer. When I print the file onto plain letter paper it works fine but when I put in the Avery labels and try to print it get the Support Code 1062 (Cannot print. The paper widths do not match....). I turned off detect paper width but still get the error message. How do I fix this???

I had the same problem and tested it with regular paper. The Avery labels have a dark blue label at the beginning that the printer is mistaking for no paper. Once I peeled of the border of the Avery labels, the print worked fine.

Yes, that’s what I figured out too. The Avery logo must be removed.
