PIXMA PRO-200 Printing double lines around an image.

I've noticed on my recent art prints that any image with blue, has a blue line, outlining the entire image. I've run all the maintenance test and even cleaned a silver plate inside. ( I can't recall what the plate was called. I followed a tutorial. It had ink on it and was sticky)

This only seems to happen when i use any other paper type but plain paper. With plain paper it works just fine but with Matte and Photo Glossy paper. I'm getting that double line. I use to do Photo Glossy Paper - High Print Quality and Manual Color. Sometimes Borderless, sometimes not. I don't know what else to do or try and I don't want to buy more ink for a machine that I can't fix.

Update
I contacted canon as suggested. After running through the maintenance (Nozzle Check and Alignment) we were unable to resolve the issue. They, then sent me a new printer head. I also bought a new Cyan ink tank and with those two combined. It seems to resolved the issue. Thank you for your help, I'm just so relived.

Did you run a nozzle check and head alignment?

I did, I ran both of them as well as a roller cleaning.

Give Canon support a call at 1-800-OK-CANON.
