PIXMA PRO-100 printing very small

I'm just trying to print something off the web on letter size plain paper, but every time I get a tiny print in the upper left corner of the page. It takes a full page of text and resizes it to about 4 x 5 inches. I've looked all over the settings and can't find out why.

It used to work just fine. I don't know what has affected it. The preview window looks just like you'd expect but the output is shrunken. The only way I can get a normal page is to open it as a PDF.

I don’t know if you can rely on web page material to be a particular page size.

Does the  print window allow you to preview the image or select fill page?

I was having this same problem when printing to my Canon Pro-100 from my MacBook Pro running Mac OS 14.6.1.  I finally found a solution today. When the print dialog came up, there was a "Paper size" field which correctly was set to "US Letter".  However further down in the dialog box was a drop-down section labeled "Printer Options".  When I expanded that section using a drop-down arrow, several more options appeared including "Quality & Media".  When clicked on that, it brought up another dialog which showed a "Media Type" field set to "Photo Paper Pro Platinum N" which is a a3" x 19" media. I changed that selection to "Plain Paper" and then it printed my email normally (full sized).
