Hi everyone. I'd love some advice because I'm truly stumped. The first print I made of an image of a painting via Photoshop was beautiful - the right colors, tone etc.
Then I tried to make another print with the same settings (rendering intent: perceptual and with photoshop managing the colors) and it came out dark and muted. I tried again and it printed even more muted.
I'm using the starter ink set that came with the printer and they're all still almost full. I'm using Canson photo rag paper and indicated on the printer that the paper was matte. Hmmmm. What am I doing wrong? Thank you!

Is it possible that you are printing on the wrong side of the paper with the successive prints?

Hi rovnich! Thanks for reaching out. No, I'm using the correct sides to print. So strange. Not sure what is happening. I added the ICC profile on my mac but I can't get the right colors to print.
