Need help trouble shooting IPF6300...Throws error code

Hi Folks, My Canon IPF6300 is throwing the following error code, 03130031-2F17. Something related to the fan platter. I sure could use some help. I was getting ready to do my weekly nozzle check but it  showed the above code that I can’t get past.
