Is the head clogged? PIXMA PRO-200

Hello,

The Cyan cartridge prints this pattern (double line) in the nozzle check. Is it a sign of the clogged head? I tried deep cleaning but it did not change the pattern. The auto head alignment output also shows breaks in pattern. Not sure if this is normal or not. See photos. Thanks in advance.

It looks like a problem. I suggest you contact Canon support (1-800-OK-CANON) for a definitive answer.
