Ink Cartridge not recognized after trying 3 new cartridges Pixma Pro9500

I replaced the cartridges in my Pixma Pro9500 printer and one cartridge can not be recognized. I have tried 3 new cartridges in it, and a new print head, and all three cartridges in the both print heads can not be recognized. I have reset it by unplugging it for 15 minutes. I did the resume/power button reset, and I can not get it to recognize the cartridge. After one of the resets all the cartridges showed full, so I would try a test print and then I would get the error message, Ink cartridge can not be recognized. Then after a different reset I got a "Service Error 6502", so I powered off/on and the cannot recognized ink cartridge message came back. I have down the unplug reset and the power/resume button reset for each new cartridge, and keep getting the same error over and over.

I have only used the printer a handful of times over the years and, it is still in like new shape. I hope someone can help me with this. Please HELP!

I have tried to use your email system, it will not submit an email through the system. And your pixma dept is currently closed.

Great tech support. I basically got too bad so sad. If anyone knows how to fix an electrical malfunction, I'm all ears.

Obviously something is wrong possibly broken.  You are out of the warranty period and you are spending a lot of money to resurrect a discontinued printer.  You could of, or can buy a new Pro-100, which is a better printer, for less than what you are spending.  Plus a lot less frustration. A Pro-100 is around $150 bucks with the rebate right now.

This is not good for a printer!  It is likely your problem.
