I am trying to set up my brand new Image PROGRAF 310, but cannot get past the Ink install screen on the printer. I have removed all the orange tape and packaging, installed the included cartridges correctly, even tried cleaning the contacts with isopropanol, but cannot get past the install ink screen. Any tips to solve this, or is this just a lemon?

Greetings,
Some printer models have a sensor on the bottom of the device that ensures it's in a horizontal (level) orientation.
If you have removed all of the shipping and packaging materials from the printer and the tape from the cartridges, I would contact Canon support.
