imagePROGRAF PRO-1100 colors off, vertical white band

Justice

Just replaced my PIXMA  Pro 100 printer with a ProGraf 1100.

I realize there's always a learning curve, but the color of my image is not coming out right. (i.e.gray skies are lavender) Also, there's a vertical band of white (no color) on the upper right portion of the print (17x22 size).   I selected the paper type (semi-gloss);  size 17x22; quality (highest);  border etc. My photos are edited in Lightroom & printed from a Mac desktop.

After the first print, I ran color calibration & printed again but the colors were still way off.

Just not sure what to do about the non-matching color quality as this image prints perfectly on the Pro-100 using the same selections.

There must be some settings I'm missing?  It's Sat & tech support not available.

As prep for call to Canon support run a nozzle check to be sure all colors are printing correctly.
