I'm getting errors loading the cartridges. I've reloaded them a dozen times and still the same two cartridges go into trouble. is there a trick to this I'm missing?

Please check to make sure that new genuine Canon ink tanks are being used to prevent any errors from occuring when a new tank is installed.

What is the error? Are the new or are they refills?  There is a chip inside and if it isn't re-set it won't work properly.  I strongly recommend using only new Canon brand cartridges.  Refilling can be tricky and messy.
