Green colourcast on Pro1

I get a green colour cast, noticeable on mono prints. I reckoned it must be a blockage in magenta print nozzle.  On doing a nozzle check, the Photo Magenta shows a change to a lighter shade exactly half way down the colour block, No amount of cleaning, deep cleaning or system cleaning makes ant difference.  Any guidance or advice would be very welcome

Are sure it isn't due to a setting in your photo editing software? Perhaps the paper you are using? I would call Canon if it is not. 1 (800) 652-2666
