I recall doing this once before but do not remember the process.
At print time, there is no option for custom size. The ICC's came from the paper manufacturer and are installed. And there is no pull down value for 17x25.
I know you have to feed the paper from the manual slot in the back.
Could not find any reference to step wise instructions Canon support site(s).
Help.
Thanks

The total print area supported by the printer is 8.27 x 23.39 inches. 12:32:40 PM [Ron Fucci] the most recent firmware allows 17x25 12:32:41 PM [Michael] There is a 17"x22" paper size that is included in the driver. Is this what you possibly may have used in the past? 12:32:46 PM [Ron Fucci] no 12:32:50 PM [Ron Fucci] 17x25 12:32:56 PM [Michael] One moment. 12:33:16 PM [Michael] Oh I see. 12:33:26 PM [Michael] You need to specify a custom paper size for that length. 12:33:37 PM [Ron Fucci] right 12:33:50 PM [Ron Fucci] when i attempt to do that, there is no custom options 12:34:01 PM [Ron Fucci] from the print dialog 12:34:07 PM [Ron Fucci] if I hit 'standard' 12:34:12 PM [Ron Fucci] then you see custom 12:34:19 PM [Ron Fucci] if i hit photo 12:34:23 PM [Ron Fucci] then custom goes away 12:35:11 PM [Michael] In the Printer Paper Size menu, do you have the ANSI options at the bottom of the drop down menu? A custom option won't be available with that preset. 12:39:42 PM [Ron Fucci] got it 12:39:45 PM [Ron Fucci] thanks 12:39:51 PM [Michael] You're welcome.
