Hi guys, I've just received my new canon pixma pro 100 printer & I'm having problems setting up. When powered up the printer instantly made a grinding noise. Switched it off a few times but the print head holder failed to slide along the rails. All stoppers & tapes have been removed so nothing to obstruct the set up process. Can anyone help or had similar issues? Thanks in advance.
So the print head does not center, enabling you to install the cartridges? That happened to me when I got my pixma pro 100 new. Had to get a warranty replacement. Did you call Canon support?
