Canon Prograf 300 will not print ... keeps giving mismatched paper error.

I am so frustrated. I suddenly started getting error message of mismatched paper today.

Before today I would enter my paper size in professional print and layout and everything was fine. Now it keeps saying mismatched paper.

I have followed Canons instructions and turned off paper width detection but it is still giving me the error messages. I have been trying to correct this for hours.

Any ideas what to do?

Are you perhaps using Fine Art paper and choosing a non-Fine Art ICC profile?

So that the Community can help you better, we need to know exactly which Canon printer model you're using.  We've made multiple printers in our imagePROGRAF line that have the number 300 in their name, so please let us know if you're using the imagePROGRAF PRO-300, GP-300, or TM-300.
