I own Pro9500 MkII for a few years but unfortunately the front tray is broken and being removed. It has no harm for normal printing but it would make the printer unable to do with fine art papers since these papers requires to load from front tray.
I managed to overcome this problem by fooling the printer that front tray is in front feed position. But it is a little bit tricky to load the paper in the right position since I no longer have the marker on the front tray.
I would like to ask for help from Pro9500 owner for the measurement of the marker so that I could make a cardboard with the same marker.
