Canon Pro9000 completely bleached out black and white photos?

Hello everyone,

I had to buy the PrintFab software to even make this Canon Pro9000 viable.  I'v had it for so many years and my newest operating system (Yosemite) wouldn't recognize the printer without me buying the PrintFab software that somehow brings Canon and Yosemite together. Ugh.

So today the black and white print emerges from the printer completely BLEACHED OUT.

Any thoughts would be so appreciated.

Canon frequently runs rebate deals. The printer comes with a complete set of ink, which costs $125. The printer itself is essentially free. I have had my printer for six years without problem.
