My Pixma Pro 200 isn't working straight out of the box. this is my 3rd Pixma Pro printer in 16 years and by far the worst one for set up. It tells me it is printing but after the paper feeds part way in, nothing happens. I have cancelled the print and tried again with the same results, AWFUL!

Once logged in, click on your PIXMA PRO-200 and then click on the Product Support button. When that page loads, click on either the Phone Support button or the Chat Support button to access support. A Technical Support Representative can determine the cause of the issue and resolve it or provide you with your available service options.
