Hi. I work in a school district that has 4 Canon Pro 100 printers that we use for printing out artwork for the students of our district. We love this printer and we use the CLI-42 inks. I was recently told by my ink supplier that his rep told him as soon as all outside vendors are done selling what inventory of inks they have - the ink is being discontinued (end of life) Can someone please confirm this to be true or not. We are concerned about upcoming years of printing with this printer. We know its an older Canon printer but its still a work horse for us and our needs.
