imagerunner 1025if always prints the same image

I have a canon imagerunner 1025if  that always prints the same image. It doesn't matter whether you're using the ADF, the flatbed scanner, sending it a print job, it will always print the same page. I have tried resetting it back to factory settings but it's still doing the same thing. What could be causing this issue?
