Hi,
I have Canon network printer 6755. It works fine through a network with Cisco switch. Suddenly all jobs kept in the queue and nothing go to the printer. I checked all network setting and connectivity, all is fine. Also changed network cable but nothing. I tried to scan a document and email it, it works fine. After that I connect it directly to switch, a little change happened, the job goes to the printer and data led is flashing but no printing also.
Do any one know what's wrong.
