imageRUNNER ADVANCE C3530i "Insert Drum 4" error message

Hey, guys

I ask for your support, I have a multifunctional printer model ImageRunner Advanced C3530, it is giving this Insert drum unit error.
I have already installed the new drum and updated the firmware but the printer still has the same problem. see the attachment below.

Hoping to find the best solution.
