Hello, good afternoon, for a week I have had problems with the iR1023 printer scanner and previously it worked correctly, when a scan is performed the printer throws error #753. The scanner service is configured by smb file and PC name; The IP, Username and Password, and the full name of the computer have not been changed. The permissions of the shared folder were also checked and have not been modified.
