Hi,
New to the forum and have a question if anyone can help. I have been using a 4000 & 4100 for some time. My 4000 has recently broken down and now only using the 4100. I printed all of a particular clients work on the 4000 and now printing on the 4100. Despite printing exactly the same way, I am getting a slight shift on the colour and detail. I am printing on the highest detail setting but when I compare to an old print, printed on the 4000 there is a noticeable difference in the level of detail. Since installing the 4100 around 18 months ago, I have not yet had to replace the head. I have never known lack of detail or colour in a head that has not needed replacing, but surely this must be the reason??
