Hello, I am having a massive issue with my canon 2600pro regards to my bulk printing.
I am printing around 30meters / 100feet every single day and increasing, the issue I have is that when the machine cuts the art that I am printing, the left over paper cut that is still there with the machine gets stuck under the blue cutting knife.
I have asked some Canon sellers about this in Europe and they say that this is something that a lot of people have issues with, but no one really has a good solution for it.
The thing I am doing right now to "fix" this, it still happens every single day that paper gets stuck and I have to re-do so many things, is that I am putting the machines back wheels on top of planks so that it leans more, but then another problem occurs of course and that is that the machine cannot recognize how much ink there is left in the tanks because its leaning and I am stuck with 2 problems instead of 1.
I hope this explanation makes sense and I really hope someone has a fix for this.
