imagePROGRAF PRO-2100 Single line misprint

Hi, been using Prograf 2100 for a while with Canon Pro Software. Always been fine. Nothing changed in regard to setup in software or driver etc. suddenly now I get one line just at the start of the print that is the wrong colour and stands out. Print I was doing was mainly blue and the line is slightly lighter. Rest of print is fine. Have aligned heads but not done a clean yet as had to leave but just wondering if anyone has seen this. Find it weird that it is just the one line at beginning of print. Added image with example.
