I am getting this error on my Canon pro2000. I have had the printer for 5 years. It has printed wonderfully for all those 5 years. However I can no longer load a roll into my printer. I only get this error. I am able to manually load and print. But I need to use a roll and print canvas up to 2.78 meters.
Someone HELP please.
