I am having an issue with my Canon imagePROGRAF GP-4000 Large Format Printer.
It was printing fine as of December 2023 -- we haven't changed stock, ink etc. Now, all the inks have started smudging on some paper stocks and MBK is smudging on ALL stocks.
During a print test only the MBK smudges.
Has anyone else encountered this problem where the inks just suddenly start smudging on stock that hasn't been changed?
