imagePRESS C750: stuck on "Initializing...Scanner initializing"

After a move and re-setup, the printer will not work because it is stuck with the message as shown in the photo in upper left corner. Any ideas as to what to do? The digital front end is PRISMAControl, not Fiery.

I believe ImagePress like ImageRunners are supported through Canons Dealer Network.
