According to the user manual, one should be able to duplicate a paper type and all attributes of the original transfer to the duplicate.
When I duplicate the "Color 2" paper type and change nothing about it, colors in the print do not appear at all. Selecting the default "Color 2" paper type produces a print with colors as expected.
It appears that the duplicate does not include the ICC paper color profile or includes an incorrect one.
Any idea what's going on here?
TIA
Chris

While our forum community members are welcome to chime in, Canon does not provide direct support for imageRUNNER series products. Instead, your dealer will be able to help you! If you don't have a dealer and you're in the United States, please call us at 1-800-OK-CANON (1-800-652-2666) and we will be happy to provide you with the names of dealers in your area.
If you're outside the USA, visit http://global.canon and choose your country or region from the map for local support.
We hope this helps!

Thank you Danny!
That fact is abundantly clear by simply searching through the forum.
If I required dealer support, I would not be in the forum!
Have a great day!
Chris
