ImagePROGRAF iPF785 - Error Code

I have been getting quite a few error codes upon turning my plotter on each day.

Newest error code is: 03800500-2F47

Tells me to turn off plotter and then turn back on. I did this numerous times over the last several days and all it did was drain my ink cartridges! I have changed the print head and the maintenance tray and have now had to add new ink cartridges.  Still getting the error and nothing online about solving this issue.

Can anyone offer any advice/information?

I’m also having this error. 
performed printhead cleaning and now will not turn on again. I have also unplugged from the wall. No idea what this code means, and user manual doesn’t mention it. 

Any help appreciated!!
