My brand new ImagePROGRAF PRO-2600 is unable to preform color-calibration, it claims that the paper isn’t supported. Im using a canon-branded 30M roll, Matt coat 140 gsm to print but it wont compute, though it works fine for a nozzle test. I’ve put normal pieces of paper, I’ve tried to cut the Matt coat into A4, i even repurposed the same nozzle. Im starting to think its a firmware issue, I’ve also reached out to Canon official for support but haven’t heard back from them.
