ERROR E000602-0020 on image runner advance dx c3830i

Hey guys my printer is displaying this error on the screen  its an image runner IR3830i most articles online are pointing to the harddrive of the printer i have taken note of the specs of the hardrive and i just want to find out something from anyone on this platform on how i can have this resolved and i cant find the firmware on the official canon website.
