I'm having a weird issue with my Canon TX-3000 plotter. Everyone in my office is using the same printer settings and formats, but one colleague with a Windows 11 laptop is the only one experiencing problems with automatic cutting. The plotter cuts the paper fine for everyone else on Windows 10. We've tried updating drivers, checking printer settings, and even reinstalling the drivers, but nothing seems to work. Has anyone else encountered this issue or have any suggestions on how to fix it? I'm starting to run out of ideas.
