My new printer (TR4720) can't find my router! It finds all the neighbors routers in manual setup but not mine! I've tried all the troubleshooting many times with no luck. Everything else in the house connects fine to the router. Am I missing something?

Greetings,
Your printer has a 2.4Ghz radio and thus can only connect to a 2.4Ghz broadcast. If you have a dual or tri-band router, and are using the same SSID name for all broadcasts 2.4/5gHz, the printer might have difficulty connecting. You can alleviate this by temporarily disabling the 5G broadcast, connecting the device then re-enabling 5G. This might not be your issue, but you'll have to let us know.

Sorry my router doesn't have 5G, it's old. It is made by 3wire if that helps.
