printer not responding

Canon series mx920 is not responding to my pc, but 2 laptops connected to same wireless network are not having this problem. is this osmething you hep me with?

Thank you for the rply, but we found a Canon website that had the solution that we needed. The website had instructions to download a new driver, and that fixed the problem.
