We have deployed Canon c3222l to windows server 2019 and shared it with all Windows 11 pro clients.
All drivers are downloaded from Canon and are up to date.
When I open the pic with Windows photos viewer and try to print from there, by clicking the print, the print job always stuck in the print queue and cannot cancel or remove. all print jobs behind this will stop.
I have to restart printer services and remove the files from c:\windows\system32\spool\printers, in order to remove the stuck print job.
there was no problem right click the same photo and select print from the menu, and also no problem with printing from other third-party photo view software.
can someone help?
thanks.
