I have a MF753Cdw that prints just fine wirelessly from my Dell Inspiron 16 running Windows 11 home. I cannot get the MF Scan Utility to wirelessly communicate with the MF753Cdw. I get a “ScanGear MF” message “Cannot communicate with the scanner. The cable may be disconnected, or scanner may be turned off. Check the scanner status and try again. Scanner driver will be terminated. “
From the printer side if I select Scan then Computer, it tells me to connect the computer. The computer IS connected as evidenced by the ability to print.
