I keep having connection problems with my MF743C on my mac. It is pretty much constant
So I printer scanner losing its wireless connection all the time. If I don't print for a week it's gone and takes at least an hour to get working again Right now I've got the printer working but the software can't see the scanner. Says it's in use or asleep (it's not). I just want these problems to end. I haven't used the printer from my mac for six months. I've been able to print from my iPhone. When I need to print I use my B&W hp. It doesn't seem to have a problem. I need to print in color and I need to have it work from my Mac. I can't even open a support ticket because it say it's not the right serial number. This is rediculoous and I am quite sorry I bought the cannon product. Any help, with either getting phone support or getting this to work consistently would be helpful.
