I have been trying for hours and days to get through to support phone line. If I have to listen one more time to that sonata - I will puke. Please answer your phone and tell me how to reset PIN # so I can change to new wireless router. Your support page saying to use the default 7654321 does NOT work!!!

Greetings,
Sorry if you are having issues managing your device. If you have lost or forgotten your Remote UI PIN, you will need to contact support to get the PIN reset.
Connecting to a new wireless network shouldn't require you to know your PIN. Tap the wireless icon at the bottom of the printer's LCD. Then select Wireless LAN Settings. The printer then scans for compatible wireless networks in range. Tap the network name, select the encryption type (WPA2) and enter the network password. I just verified this on my MF656Cdw. I own a 644 as well.

your support is NOT available. People are waiting HOURS on hold. I have tried on numerous week days, only to be put on hold for 1 hr +. Don't lie about your phone support availability.

Hello.
Phone support is, in fact, available Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Eastern, and self-help is available 24/7 on our site.
While I completely understand that you're frustrated, you will not speak to our Community Members disrespectfully, or you will be banned from this site. Everyone you interact with here is trying to help you because they want to.
I am not support, but I have a tiny bit of experience with this.
If, for whatever reason, your printer is asking for a System Manager PIN (you set this PIN, not Canon, and it's probably not asking for a System Manager PIN), and you don't know it, you will have to speak with support for security purposes. See the article HERE. Those screens look like this:
The "normal" way to change your WiFi settings would be to simply log into your WiFi from the Printer or its User Interface. The PIN you're probably being asked for is the WPS pin which kind of like how Bluetooth pairs, but for WiFi. Most routers either have a physical WPS button or a button in their app you can tap to put your router in pairing mode. Then you'd go to the printer and initiate the pairing. All those instructions are HERE, but start HERE first. It's the easiest and hopefully it "just works" - you'll see a list of WiFi networks and you can put your password right on the machine.
Bottom line: There are several ways to pair your printer to your WiFi. I'm pretty sure your printer isn't asking for the PIN you think it is, so try THIS first and hopefully you'll be good to go!
