imageCLASS MF634Cdw MF Scan Utility Double Sided Scan problem

M f scan utility hangs up when "Scan both sides..." box is checked. Works fine when unchecked. Using with MF634cdw printer. Have tried all the suggestions I found on the board. Does not work. Help!
