Hi, there
I'm encountering an issue with my MF624CW printer. While it prints flawlessly from my iPhone, it's unresponsive when printing from my Windows 11 desktop. Notably, no error messages appear on the printer's display.
I've unplugged and re plugged the printer and checked for jams, but the problem persists. Any insights or solutions would be greatly appreciated, as I heavily rely on this printer for work.
Thank you,

My desktop communicates with the printer via Wi-Fi. I also tried USB cable, but no difference.
