imageCLASS MF465dw receives print jobs, but doesn't print

When I try to print from my computer to my imageClass MF465dw printer, the print queue says that the printer received the job, but the printer doesn't print anything. Any subsequent print jobs I send will throw an error. What should I check to see what is preventing my printer from printing and how do I get it to start printing ag

Greetings,

Ssf-marathon.

It would be helpful for us to know how the printer is connected and to what? It would also be helpful to know the operating system version and build you are using your printer with?

The issue you're describing sounds like a problem with the print driver.  We may have additional questions once you answer the above.

Hi troscher,

So that the Community can help you better, we need you to confirm the exact model Canon device that you are using.  The model should be on the front of the printer, for example "ImageCLASS MF452dw".  The name your provided, MF 8460c does not appear to be a correct model.

If your model is the i-SENSYS MF460 series, these are not sold or supported in the USA.  We are only able to provide support for Canon products manufactured for and used within the US market.

If you live outside the United States, please CLICK HERE and select your country or region for your support needs.
You're welcome to discuss Canon products sold outside of the United States, but please be aware that you will not receive support directly from Canon USA.

I finally got a tech that knew what they were doing and in 2 minutes, all machines where online.  To many instances of the software on my machine trying to connect.
