I have a Canon ImageClass LBP246dw printer connected using Wi-Fi. It was working fine until I got a new router. I can't connect it to the new one.
I can find the network in Wireless LAN Settings. But, when I enter the password it tells me: "Could not connect. Check the encryption key settings."??

Greetings,
Please log into your router and confirm its network settings.
The printer requires a 2.4 GHz broadcast that supports WPA2 encryption.
If your network is configured to use the same SSID name for all broadcasts or a different encryption methods such as WPA3, the printer could have difficulty or fail to connect.
