Hello.
The IJ Scan Utility program for the MX722 is only able to be used on compatible Windows or Mac OSX computers. Please install the printer on a compatible computer in order to scan with the unit.
If a compatible computer is not available, you can also use our free PIXMA Printing Solutions app on your iOS or Android phone to scan with the unit.
