We have just switched internet providers and once it was all set up the new router cant see the pirinter and our computers will mot connect to the printer, everything worked fine before the switch the new provider has been back out and states all their equiptment is working properly. any suggestions?

Hello Mayeswrecker,
If you have replaced your router and the printer does not work, you can try the wireless setup for the printer using the steps in the link found HERE. If the printer finds networks in range in step 7 but your does not appear in the list, you can try unplugging your router from the power for 5 seconds and the plugging it back in. Once the network is back up, you can try the setup again to see if your network appears. If it still does not find your network, I would suggest checking the wifi settings for your router and make sure that 2.4 is turned on. The printer is unable to connect to a 5ghz wifi connection and 2.4 would need to be turned on for the printer to work wirelessly.

We got it fixed, a new static IP address had to be set in the printer and router. Thank you for the response though.
