I have a Canon Pixma MG2420 printer/scanner.
It was a gift a few years ago. When I first received it I found the scan feature didn't work til I installed an IJ Utility driver.
I've been using a new computer in recent months, and the printer has worked fine, but when I needed to use the scanner part last night I was unable to install this scan driver. I tried 5 times, and each time received the message "an error occurred while copying files." Can someone tell me how to resolve this issue?

Greetings,
All downloads for your printer can be found here:
Maybe there is an issue with the source files?
