Unable to scan using MF Toolbox from MF4890DW printer.

I am unable to successfully scan from a Windows 11 computer if using the MF toolbox. The printer I am trying to scan from is an MF4890DW. Two computers are connected to the printer, one with Windows 10 and the other with Windows 11. Only the computer with Windows 10 is able to scan using the MF toolbox. When attempting a scan on the Windows 11 computer a message pops up saying "cannot communicate with the scanner...". I am able to scan using Naps2 on the Windows 11 computer.

How are the computers connected to the printer? Over a network? Some other way?

Over a network. All are wired to the same switch.

Can the Win 11 computer print to the printer?

Are all the settings the same as on the Windows 10 computer? Is the scanner name the same in the MF Toolbox Config window?

The scanner name is the same on the Windows 10 computer, and the Windows 11 computer. The same driver version is installed (despite different OS Canon website provides the same version). The Windows 11 computer can print to and scan (via Naps2) from the printer, but unable scan via MF toolbox. User really wants to scan from MF toolbox.
