Installed a new printer Canon PIXMA TS3722, able to connect laptops to it, when trying to connect Android smartphones, keep getting an E6 error message. I have not been able to find this error code anywhere. I cannot connect the phones to the printer at all. Any ideas?

Greetings,
Let's start with basic troubleshooting.
Log in to your router. Navigate to the list of attached devices.
What is the IP assigned to the printer by the router? Now verify the IP the router has assigned to the mobile device. What is that IP?
