I have Windows 7 on my laptop and my TS8020 printer used to work, but now says printer is Offline. I called Canon Tech support last night and we went thought multiple checks to which everything says it's great. The printer sits right next to the modem and shows it at 100 percent strength. I've turned both the printer & the laptop off & back on numerous times, with no success.
I don't believe that I have changed anything since the last time I used my printer over a week ago. I tried checking my Firewall to see if a recent Norton update changed something, but I don't believe it's blocked, but I can't say that I'm positive on that. I have wasted several hours trying to figure out why this isn't working now. Hoping someone can help me get this figured out. Thx!
